No. Our office is in Orlando, and we close transactions in every Florida county, with mobile notary, remote online and mail-away signing for clients who cannot come to the office.

Roger founded Title Warehouses of America in 2006 and is a licensed title agent in Florida. He brings more than 50 years of combined experience in title services, real estate, lending and insurance, and has lived in Central Florida for more than 30 years.

What We Do

Title search and title insurance:we search the public records, issue the title commitment, clear liens and other requirements, and issue owner’s and lender’s policies underwritten by Stewart Title.

Closings:we prepare the closing documents and settlement statement, hold escrow funds, disburse at closing and record the deed and mortgage with the county.

Residential and commercial:purchases, sales, refinances, cash transactions, short sales, reverse mortgages, investment property and commercial transactions.

Flexible signing:sign at our Orlando office, with a mobile notary, online by remote online notarization or by mail-away closing.
